In FACT, a couple of days after Obama's address, Democrats scrambled to add to the health bill entries that articulated the ENFORCEMENT of keeping illegals from syphoning Americans' taxes for health care. Why wasn't the language in the bill already?! Could Joe have been the spark? You decide.
